Uzbekistan opens new plant for metals production

The opening ceremony of a high-tech metal processing plant LLC Metal Processing will be held in Tashkent on July 12, 2018.

 

The new plant on sheet metal production, created in cooperation with the local Metal Processing company, is designed to meet a wide range of customer requests from complex machine parts to small individual solutions. Investments in the latest equipment and sheet metal processing technologies will be beneficial to all consumers thanks to Swiss quality, competitive prices and timely delivery.

 

The project is implemented with the support of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan Textile Industry) Association, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other agencies.

 

The launch of the metal processing project in Uzbekistan marks the beginning of a new era in production of sheet metal. This is not only a major step in localization of Rieter machines in the country, but also an important contribution to development of modern metal processing industry not only in Uzbekistan, but throughout Central Asia.

 

As reported by the Press Service of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association, Swiss delegation led by Federal Councillor Johann N. Schneider-Ammann, head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research will take part at the opening ceremony of the sheet metal production plant, which specializes in production of precision metal parts using the latest European equipment.

 

The event will be also attended by representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Innovative Development, manufacturers of textile, sewing and knitting products, as well as representatives of the mass media.
