This Forum was established to popularize widely one of the rare genre of classical and musical art of maqamat – classical music of the east, preserve and develop, to expand public attitude of youth to maqomat art, strengthen relations of friendship among nations, make scientific and creative cooperation, expand cultural and spiritual relations internationally.
